Scaffolding, metal rod plummeted from Dartmouth development during construction

Oh dear, it sounds like there was a bit of a scare down at the Dartmouth development site this week! Thankfully, no one was hurt when some scaffolding and a metal rod came loose during construction. We'll be keeping an eye on this to see what the developers say.
